It took me days to put into words what Happy Day has meant to my family. From the start they welcomed us with smiles, cheerfulness and a family feeling, which one values as a foreigner.

For my eldest son, Happy Day was the chance to meet other adults, to mix with children, to sing new songs and to learn an endless number of different things. For me as a mother, Happy Day gave me peace of mind knowing that my son was being cared for, loved, supported and stimulated. It also enabled me to meet other mothers sharing similar adventures.

Happy Day made us feel confident that we were taking the best decision. It has marked significant and emotionally important stages throughout the short life of my children. It was the “they’re big now, they’ve started preschool” and at the same time “they’re so small, how’s it possible they’re going to a big school now?” In summary, thank you Happy Day for opening your doors to us and accompanying the first steps of our family, and for giving us the impetus to go very far!
